Do Not Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Gamble!
If you enjoy having a a beverage from time to time, keep your cash at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your purse, your money belt, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checks out of the casino. Grab whatever cash you anticipate to use on beverages, tips and only the pocket change you intend to squander and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Just realistic. You can have a profit following a boozy evening out with your compatriots and be blessed sufficiently to hook a marathon toss at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that story because it is as brief as it gets if you consistently drink and wager. The two just do not mix.
Leaving your moolah at home is a little excessive, but preventative measures for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you gamble to profit, then don’t drink alcohol and play. If you like to blow your $$$$ without a concern, then consume all the gratis booze your stomach are able to handle, but do not carry charge cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your hooched up self squanders all the cash!
Permit me to take this a single step further. Don’t drink and then go online to bet in your favorite internet casino either. I love to beer from the comfort of my apartment, but because I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can not drink alcohol and bet.
Why? Although I do not drink alcohol a lot, when I consume alcohol, it is definitely enough to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. The two mix up for an awful, and costly, drink.
